- Do not have Cavitation, If you have a pacemaker, Ultrasonic Scrubber if you are using a hearing aid and high frequency if you have a history of Epilepsy.

DERMA ROLLERS
Derma rollers create micro-channels in the skin, allowing deep serum penetration to the basal layer, promoting skin clarity. Our 540-needle Derma roller, with a 1.00mm depth, delivers Stem Cells, Glutathione and Niacinamide, addressing pigmentation,and rejuvenating the damaged melanocyte cells in the basal layer. Micro-needling benefits include clearing skin blemishes, improving pigmentation and brightening darker skin tone. . The 540 Derma Roller's precise method transports serum into the basal layer while 192 Derma Rollers techniques target the dermal layer and induce deliberate micro-injuries through deeper needling tailored for penetration of the serum into the damaged cells.
DERMAPEN
Select the needle depth and size based on the target depth of your skin concern. For addressing Illumine skin conditions using 12 needles, we suggest a 1.2mm depth without aggressive needling to avoid overstimulating melanocyte cells, which can exacerbate pigmentation. Instead, consider using the Dermapen with 36-42 needles at a 1.0mm depth, employing a gentle rolling technique to ensure effective stem cell delivery direct to the skin concern.
Overly aggressive needling may misdirect stem cells to the lymphatic system, reducing their efficacy. Using Stem Cells serum with Dermapen is a superior alternative to meso serum’s due to their ability to regenerate.
DERMA STAMP
Derma stamp can be used on 1.5mm on the face for treating acne scars and 2.0 on the body for stretch marks to rejuvenate damaged tissue and stimulate collagen production and elastin fibres. Adjusting the stamping pressure according to the area ensures a safe and effective treatment, such as 1.5mm on the face for acne indents, 0.75mm for under eye dark circles and fine lines and 2.0 on the stretch marks for the body areas.
Ageless serum is our most popular serum for the body areas and Illumine eye serum for the under eye. Stretch marks are very stubborn and require many treatments and when they are very deep, micro-needling is not the best treatment.

Step 1
Clarify Cleanser Superficial Cleanse:
Dispense a pea-sized amount of Ageless Cleanser onto fingertips. Apply uniformly over the face. Add water, using circular motions to emulsify and dissolve makeup and surface debris.
Remove with facial gauze soaked in lukewarm water.

Ultrasonic Scrubber Deep Cleanse:
Apply the Ageless Cleanser all over the face. With the ultrasonic scrubber, using outward, gliding movements work the whole face for 5 minutes. Reapply the Clarify toner as necessary to maintain smooth probe movement.
Complete the step by wiping the residue with damp cotton pads.

Illumine Peel solution:
Apply 3 squirts of the Illumine Hydra Peel Solution to a damp cotton pad and gently wipe the treatment area using upwards movement in order to prepare the skin for the microneedling treatment.
Step 4
Microneedling with Dermapen:
Evenly apply the serum across the face, start on the right cheek with 42 needle Dermapen 1.0mm needle depth,using a light stamping method. Proceed to the left cheek and repeat. Adjust the dermpen's setting to 0.5mm on the forehead, nose, upper lip, and chin.
Do not remove the serum post-application.

No-needle Mesotherapy:
Apply Illumine serum uniformly across the face. Use the ultrasound probe in circular movements for approximately 4-5 minutes. This technique drives the stem cells deeper, and saturates the upper epidermal layers with antioxidants Glutathione and Vitamin C forcing melanocyte cells to curtail melanin production.
Step 6
Final touch:
Apply Illumine Moisturiser (SPF50) to complete the treatment.
Aftercare
- Allow at least 4-6 hours after the procedure, for the skin to absorb the Stem Cells and during this time It's advisable to avoid any other products or heat environments where the skin is likely to sweat.
- To maximise the effectiveness of the Illumine Stem Cells, avoid integrating products loaded with mineral oil, lanolin, or alcohol into your regime. These ingredients can disrupt the skin's natural acid mantle and alter its pH, potentially compromising the peels’s performance.
- Keep the skin protected and nourished: After 6 hours use Ageless Rejuvenation mask and for 3-4 days post microneedling treatment rehydrate the skin with the Ageless HA Serum.
FAQ
Is anaesthetic cream used during the stem cells microneedling treatment?
No, we advise against using anaesthetic creams for this procedure. These creams can drive blood deeper into the skin, making the needling process work harder to produce trauma. This could potentially displace the stem cell serum from its intended depth, potentially compromising the anticipated results.
Is my skin going to be really red after the treatment?
In comparison to the traditional microneedling treatment, micro-needling with Illumine Stem serum will not leave your skin with erythema or sensitivity. The goal of Stem cells treatment is to create micro-channels for the serum causing the least amount of trauma.
Is the microneedling going to be painful?
Although there is no anaesthetic cream used during the treatment, there is only slight discomfort experienced during the microneedling treatment. Most clients don’t have any issue at all.
Is my skin going to bleed during the micro-needling?
