Derma Rollers
Derma rollers create micro-channels in the skin, allowing deep serum penetration to the basal layer, promoting skin clarity. Our 540-needle Derma roller, with a 1.00mm depth addressing acne blemishes and rejuvenating the sluggish epidermis. Micro-needling benefits include minimising pores, enhanced circulation and reduced acne breakouts. The 540 Derma Roller's precise method transports serum into the basal layer while 192 Derma Rollers techniques target the dermal layer and induce deliberate micro-injuries through deeper needling tailored for stubborn acne indents that stem from the dermis.
Dermapen
Choose your needle depth and size according to the skin concern location in the skin structure. Dermapen using 12 needles from 1.2mm to 1.5mm depth with aggressive needling techniques should induce bleeding and target the dermal layer skin concerns such as deep acne scars, indents, wrinkles and sluggish lymphatic circulation that causes breakouts.Dermapen 36- 42-needles with a 1.0mm depth can be used instead of Derma Rollers with a light stamping technique to ensure optimal stem cell absorption directly into the basal layer, an aggressive injury approach can adversely redirect stem cells into the lymphatic system and be swept away.
This is a great no-needle alternative to microneedling for sensitive skin with acne pustules and for client’s with needle phobia.
Derma Stamp
Derma stamp can be used on 1.5mm on the face for treating acne scars and 2.0 on the body for stretch marks to rejuvenate damaged tissue and stimulate collagen production and elastin fibres. Adjusting the stamping pressure according to the area ensures a safe and effective treatment, such as 1.5mm on the face for acne indents, 0.75mm for under eye dark circles and fine lines and 2.0 on the stretch marks for the body areas.
Ageless serum is our most popular serum for the body areas and Illumine eye serum for the under eye. Stretch marks are very stubborn and require many treatments and when they are very deep, micro-needling is not the best treatment.
The Treatment Process
1: The Consultation
Utilising our state-of-the-art skin scanner, we conduct a detailed examination of your skin's condition. This, when combined with a one-on-one consultation with our seasoned therapist, becomes instrumental in identifying your goals, skin obstacles, budget, and beyond. The information harvested from this dual analysis equips our therapist with a holistic understanding of your skin's deeper intricacies. This ensures a customised selection of products, and equipment, all fine-tuned for your distinctive skin requirements. Furthermore, drawing from this in-depth analysis, we can prescribe your home skincare products and maintenance regime that amplifies the effects of our in-clinic treatments.
2: PRE TREATMENT ADVICE
- It's advisable to abstain from consuming alcohol and blood-thinning medications for at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- We recommend exfoliating the skin with a Clarify Peel mask 24 hours prior to treatment to remove dead skin cells and deep cleanse the congested pores.
Not doing so can push impurities and dead skin deeper into the pores while microneedling, which can later lead to breakouts.

FAQ
Is anaesthetic cream used during the stem cells microneedling treatment?
No, we advise against using anaesthetic creams for this procedure. These creams can drive blood deeper into the skin, making the needling process work harder to produce trauma. This could potentially displace the stem cell serum from its intended depth, potentially compromising the anticipated results.
Is my skin going to be really red after the treatment?
In comparison to the traditional microneedling treatment, micro-needling with Clarify Stem serum will not leave your skin with erythema or sensitivity. The goal of Stem cells treatment is to create micro-channels for the serum causing the least amount of trauma.
Is the microneedling going to be painful?
Although there is no anaesthetic cream used during the treatment, there is only slight discomfort experienced during the microneedling treatment. Most clients don’t have any issue at all.
Am I going to bleed during the treatment?
No, this treatment is designed to avoid bleeding. It specifically targets the stratum basale (basal layer) of the epidermis, where skin cell generation occurs through mitosis. As the blood supply resides in the dermal layer, which we're not aiming for, hence there's minimal risk of bleeding during the procedure.
Can I have this treatment done if I have active acne?
No, undergoing this treatment with active acne presents a risk of dispersing the acne-causing bacteria. For those with active breakouts, we suggest opting for the Clarify Peel, LED, and High Frequency treatments. These procedures don't breach the skin barrier, making them a safer choice for individuals with ongoing acne concerns.
